As a retired Air Force Chief, I can’t tell you how proud I am of all these wounded warriors representing the AF, and with my deep involvement with CCI, particularly the veterans initiative, having Jason and Napal here is just the proverbial icing on the cake.
I'm very active with Canine Companions for Independence as a volunteer, to include being a past member of the Veterans Task Force and puppy raiser. Retired US Air Force Chief Master Sergeant with my last assignments at the Air Force Academy as the Fourth Group Sergeant Major and Dean of Faculty Superintendent.

Hey Al – thanks for featuring these games. It sure shows the tenaciousness of our veterans and makes me so proud of them. Also neat to see Jason and his service dog Napal out there in these Warrior Games -he’s an awesome Rep for CCI and American Vets alike!
